She is a transformational leader who is enabling professionals and business owners to break self made limiting boundaries. Vriin guides people towards self-discovery, self-healing and self-mastery by creating awareness, healing hidden emotional obstacles and essentially unleashing their inner wisdom.
You see, she was raised in a conservative, patriarch oriented North-Indian family, where females in the family were refrained from having professional careers. Despite the resistance, Vriin created a position for herself in the corporate world and has had an accomplished career chairing many leadership roles and transformative experience.
Overcoming the burdens and limiting conditioning of her formative years, she decided to take back control of her own life. She finally stood up for her beliefs, choose to move out from a disrespectful marriage and has proudly raised her son as a single parent. She has self-healed herself through numerous health challenges that has made her realise the connection between mind, body and soul.
She attributes her spiritual and healing journey to her mother, who in her gentle way was the best friend, healer and spiritual guru in her life. It was her mother’s vision for Vriin to stand up for herself and be respected in an otherwise male dominated world.
She realised the need for healing lives that have been disrupted by past experiences, emotional hurts, excessive burdens and unclear life direction.
Her expertise in emotional healing, performance optimisation and unlocking their hidden potential has helped countless individuals find their life direction, achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
She attributes her inner leadership journey to her over 22 years’ of experience, reinventing her career from a Fashion Designer, Export Merchandiser, Teacher to becoming a seasoned Human Resources professional.
She has held various leadership roles, including the Head of Human Resources for several financial institutions. Her expertise in the field has earned her numerous accolades, including being named the ‘Most Influential HR Leaders in India’ 2016 & 2017 and ‘101 HR Super Achievers (India)’ 2019 by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia.
When founding Srvvasya, Vriin’s primary focus has been on enriching people’s lives and igniting their Soul Leadership. Srvvasya is a Sanskrit word that translates to ‘we are all capable of greatness’.
I lost my job back in UAE during covid and was anxious and confused on what next and how to proceed. Undergoing her coaching was a life changing experience! I was able to let go of limiting beliefs that were holding me back and replace them with empowering thoughts and feelings. I also learned how to visualise my desired outcome and to focus my energy on it. To my surprise, my dream job became available shortly after completing the course.
